Goodllife Collective in collaboration with Creative Leadership were honoured to host Matrix Development CoFounder Nicholas Janni for a virtual live talk from his home in Italy, on a hybrid event, hosting attendees both in person and online.
Janni's book, "Leader as Healer' won the 2023 Business Book of the Year, and he has recently published, "Leading in Chaos' with Amy Elizabeth Fox.
This event was a special experience in which we didn't just listen to Nicholas (although we could have for hours!)Â but were also invited to experience his coaching technique of 'returning from exile' to notice the intelligence residing in our bodies, and open up to letting it speak to us more. Janni's work and wisdom is a gift to the world and is an exemplar of how to tap into our personal agency and hope to shape a future of collective thriving.
